All sales are final

Since digital files can’t be returned once they’ve been downloaded, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

When we’ll make it right

We want you to love what you bought. Reach out within 14 days of your purchase if:

• Your file won’t open or appears damaged
• You received the wrong file
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same item

We’ll send you a working file, the correct product, or a refund for the duplicate charge.

Free downloads

Our free guides and resources aren’t eligible for refunds since no payment is made, but if you have trouble accessing one, just let us know and we’ll help.
